We operate our own vans in much of the HP, SO and PO postcode areas. Please contact us if you qualify so we can activate this on your account so you can take advantage of Free Delivery online. We can let you know the routes and times you can expect your deliveries.
24 Hour Courier Service
We always aim to ship your stocked goods ordered by 2pm* on the same day using an overnight service**, packed with care so they arrive with you just as they left us.
For orders over £250 and under 30kg we offer free shipping to the Mainland UK. If your items are heavier than 30kg then the order needs to exceed £500 for free shipping.
We ship using Parcelforce for orders under 30kg which is fully trackable with an hour time slot on the day of delivery, allocated the morning of delivery. You can see exactly where the driver is so don’t have to wait in for your deliveries.
*Our pallet collection service is currently picking up closer to mid-day due to the sheer volume of consignments they are delivering. Any orders that need to be shipped on a pallet (Large enclosures, bulky or heavy cable etc) may not leave until the next working day. Feel free to CONTACT US if you need to discuss before

Below is our standard delivery charges for our products. If your delivery requirements are not covered in the table then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please Note: if you require next working day delivery, please check that we have the items in stock before ordering. Whilst we do hold good stocks of most products from time to time we are unable to fulfil next day delivery.
Lead Times on our buy on-line web site are advisory. 1-2 days means we normally have the product in stock for standard quantities and will ship for delivery within 1 to 2 working days. A lead time of 3-5 days means we not normally hold these in stock but will expect to receive stock from our supplier and ship out to customers within 3-5 working days.

Local delivery of stocked items within 1-3 days by our own transport within a 25 Mile radius of our distribution warehouses at Bourne End and Southampton - If you are a trade customer please let us know if you wish to be included on our regular delivery schedule.
We do ship goods overseas, we check the rates of Fedex, TNT and DHL to see who has the best rates on an order-by-order basis. We also hold accounts with major freight companies when shipping pallets or containers overseas. We are also happy to sell on an EXW basis if you prefer to use your own shipping agent. Cancelling or Returning Goods
Goods can be cancelled any time before a shipment is made unless the items falls under the scope of ‘Non-Cancellable or Non-Returnable Items’ below.
If an item is non-stock with CSE and therefore would need to be returned to the manufacturer, a manufacturers handling charge may apply. Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Cables that have been cut to length will be subject to a handling charge. CSE reserve the right to not accept back the cable if cut to what is deemed as an unusable/resaleable length.
All goods must be returned to CSE and will be subject to inspection before any credits / refunds are processed.
Non-Cancellable or Non-Returnable Items
For Items that are made-to-order, CSE will put in a request with a Manufacturer to return/cancel however if this is not accepted CSE reserve the right to fulfil the order.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
Items delivered Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty must be reported to CSE within 5 working days of receipt.
Damaged items will be claimed on the relevant courier and may need supporting evidence (e.g photos) of the damage to the carton and item.
Incorrectly delivered items will be collected by CSE and a new item shipped. Please ensure incorrect goods are unused and in original packaging.
