Brand new to the 2014 market is the Gewiss IEC 309 High Performance Range of trailing plugs & sockets, and flush mount sockets. This new range will replace the existing trailing plugs and sockets with 444 new parts with additional IP ratings available (now IP44 to IP69). These are now all available with a choice of terminal: either the traditional screw terminal or the fast spring wiring terminal which is suitable for any cable type. - Captive glands on both IP44 and IP67 versions

- All are Halogen Free
- High resistance to mechanical stress, even at low temperatures
- Nickel plated contacts: improves the connection and reduces oxidisation
