After 51 years of trading CSE Distributors are increasingly committed to providing the best possible sales experience for our customers. With this in mind we are investing in new, state-of-the-art ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
This upcoming change will help us to provide an even more efficient and bespoke experience for our customers. In addition, we are also upgrading our e-commerce website to make it easier for our customers to find the products and information they need.
The new software will provide CSE Distributors with real-time analysis of our customer’s purchasing patterns allowing us to make more informed inventory decisions and to improve delivery times resulting, (we hope), in a boost to overall customer satisfaction!
Our planned go-live will be in December 2022 and we will, of course, keep our customers informed of the specific launch date!
